International Customers anywhere in the world may also purchase through the US page. All International shipments made directly from Milian Acoustics are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail. Tracking numbers and other shipment information is available upon request.

All orders placed directly from this Milian Acoustics website, both Domestic and International, are insured and guaranteed by Milian Acoustics. Should your shipment be lost or damaged in freight, we will resend the order free of charge. If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks of shipment, please contact HelpMilianAcoustics.com   with your Paypal Transaction ID or Google Order Number. A new shipment will be placed as soon as the shipment has been confirmed to be lost.

Most items will be shipped within 2 business days after order is placed. However, some custom orders may take up to 2-3 weeks before the order can be shipped. The buyer will be notified if an order will take longer than 10 business days to be shipped.

  Return Policy 

Milian Acoustics will not accept anything but the best for our customers. If you find any of our Isolation headphones and other products to be anything less than the best, Let us know by sending your thoughts to FeedbackMilianAcoustics.com We take all of our customers thoughts very seriously and will do everything in our power to evolve and better serve our customers.

To receive a refund, goods must be returned to seller within 30 days of shipment date. Return Postage must be dated within the 30 day period. Returns post dated even 1 day beyond the 30 day trial, will be denied and returned to the buyer. Product must be returned in same condition as was received--refrain from excessive use of the product when returning. Failing to return the 1/4", dual prong adapters, or any other peripheral attachments when returning a product, may result in a denial of the refund. If product is deemed to be damaged by the buyer before returning, Milian Acoustics retains the right to deny refund. Milian Acoustics can not be held responsible for the return shipping of products that do not qualify for a refund. Buyer must cover the cost of return shipping. Refund will cover the full price of the item paid, but the original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Exchanges made within the 30 day return period will operate under the same policy of the 1 or 2 Year Warranties and upon shipment of the new unit will nullify the 30 day refund policy.

  1 Year SoundStage Headphone Full Service Warranty Details 

Milian Acoustics, LLC ("Milian Acoustics") warrants authentic SoundStage Headphone products, its parts, and all other products manufactured and distributed by Milian Acoustics against defects in material or workmanship for a period of Three Hundred and Sixty Five (365) days after the date of original purchase. During this period, the entire product must be returned to the original retail dealer for a repair or replacement. The decision of whether the unit will be repaired or replaced will fall under the discretion of the manufacturers. The consumer is responsible for any transportation, shipping, or insurance relative to the return of product during the warranty period. Consumer must retain bill of sale, either paper or electronic, and provide proof of purchase when making a claim within the warranty period.

This warranty extends only to defects in material or workmanship, and do not extend to any product or parts which have been lost or discarded, or damage to product or parts caused by misuse, accident, improper operation or maintenance, or use in violation of instructions provided with the product, to product which has been altered or modified without authorization of Milian Acoustics. Milian Acoustics can not be held responsible for the return shipping of products that do not qualify for repair or replacement under the 1 year warranty.   2 Year Milian Acoustics Custom Cable Assembly Warranty Details

During this period, the entire product must be returned to the original retail dealer for a repair or replacement.
